None of that tells you whether the leads arriving in your inbox carry a real source. A tag on the page counts submissions. Knowing which marketing produced each named person is a different job, and most setups do the first and skip the second.

What does this checker actually do?
It fetches the page you enter, the same way a browser would, and reads the HTML. It reports the forms it can see, what built them, and whether any source tracking or analytics is present in the page source.
Does a clean result mean my tracking is broken?
No. We can only read what is in the page HTML. Anything loaded by JavaScript after the page renders is invisible to us, and some sites block automated requests outright. Treat the result as a look at the page source, not a verdict.
Do you store the page or the URL?
We fetch the page, read it, and return the result. We do not keep the page. There is no signup and nothing to opt out of.
Why does it say it could not identify my form builder?
Either the builder is not one we have a signature for, or the form is added by JavaScript after the page loads. Both are common and neither means anything is wrong.
What is source tracking on a form?
It means the submission arrives carrying the marketing that produced it: which channel, which landing page, which campaign. Usually done with hidden fields, or with a tool that captures it server-side.
What should I do with the result?
