For business owners

Stop guessing which marketing pays for itself.

Marketing money goes out every month and nobody reports what it bought. Lead Source records which channel each enquiry came from, so you keep paying for what brings customers and cancel what does not.

Sound familiar

Said by owners, usually at month end.

“I pay for Google, Facebook and a directory, and I could not tell you which one works.”

Each enquiry arrives with the channel that sent it. Now you can.

“My agency says it is all going well. They would.”

Every enquiry ranks its channel, so the agency's report can be checked.

“Google Analytics shows me graphs. None of them are customers.”

Analytics counts visits. Lead Source puts a name next to the source.

“I'm on a job all day, and by the time I ring back they've gone elsewhere.”

The first reply goes out in seconds, automatically.

Step one

The enquiries you already paid for.

  • Forms that ask more and still get answered, so an enquiry arrives with the detail you need to quote.
  • Our forms produce 3x the ROI of a standard form, measured across our own accounts.
  • Every form on the site captured, including the one on the page somebody else built years ago. How form tracking works.
  • Nothing lost to a notification email that quietly stopped arriving.

Step two

Which spend earns its place.

  • Every enquiry names the marketing that produced it, not the last click before the form.
  • Channels ranked by the customers they brought, so the answer is a number and not an opinion.
  • The retainer conversation stops being a debate. You can see what arrived and what did not.
  • You own the account. Not your agency, not the last person who touched the website.
Cancel that one
Step three

You are the one answering the phone.

  • The first to answer usually wins.
  • Your reply goes out in seconds whether or not you are free to send it.
  • The enquiry arrives already telling you who they are and what they read.
  • No lead sits in an inbox until the end of the day.

One line of code. Five minutes.

Paste it into the header of your website once, or email it to whoever built the site. Every form is tracked from that minute. You never touch it again.

That one line is all lead source tracking needs.

Why owners choose it

Four reasons it stays installed.

01

No marketer required.

Nothing to configure. Paste one line into the website, or send it to whoever built it. Then you are finished.

02

You own it.

The account is yours. If you change agency, the history stays with you.

03

$19 a month.

04

Or get a second opinion.

If running the business leaves no time to read the numbers, our consulting team reads them with you and says where the spend should go next.

Not the one signing the cheques? The same product, argued differently, for in-house marketers, agencies, MSPs, law firms, insurance agencies, or start at all use cases.

Questions, answered

Owner questions, answered.

Do I need to be technical?

No. One line of code goes in the head of your site. If your website was built by someone else, send them the line and it takes them a minute.

Will my agency find out I am running this?

The account is yours and you decide who has access. Plenty of owners share it with their agency deliberately, because it ends the argument in both directions.

What if I do not have a CRM?

You do not need one. Enquiries arrive by email and sit in your dashboard with the source attached. If you add a CRM later, it connects.

How is this different from Google Analytics?

Google Analytics tells you a session came from somewhere. Lead Source tells you the person who just enquired came from Google Business Profile, read your pricing page twice, and enquired on a Tuesday. One counts. The other names. Side by side: Lead Source vs Google Analytics.

Do I have to change my forms?

No. Keep the forms you have, in whatever builder made them. The one script picks up every form on the site, including any you add next year, with no hidden fields to create.

Where does the data go?

Wherever you want to read it: your email, the Lead Source dashboard, your CRM if you have one, or another app through Zapier. Without a CRM, the dashboard is enough by itself.

Does Lead Source send the reply for me?

Yes. As soon as someone submits a form, a first reply goes out from your own email address, written around where they came from and what they read, so it sounds like you and not a robot. It follows up by email and SMS until they book, and you can take over whenever you like.

What is a lead source?

Where an enquiry came from: the channel, the referring site and the campaign. For most owners that means a Google search, an ad, a directory listing, a link somebody shared, or a word in the right ear offline. Longer answer: what is a lead source.
