What happens after the 14-day trial?
You get the full plan free for 14 days, no card needed. When it ends, pick a paid plan or stay on Free with 1 site and 1 user. Nothing gets deleted, and no card is charged without you choosing to.
What counts as a “lead”?
A lead is one form submission on a tracked form on your website. If the same person submits two different forms, that’s two leads. If the same person submits the same form twice in a short window, that’s counted once.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier requires no credit card, and paid plans start with a 14-day trial that needs no card. You only enter payment details if you choose to stay on a paid plan after the trial.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s lead limit?
We’ll email you when you’re approaching the limit. If you exceed it, lead capture continues for a short grace period, you won’t lose any leads, while we prompt you to upgrade or wait until next billing cycle.
Can I cancel any time?
