Integrations

Works with everything you already use.

No new CRM. No new form tool. Just attribution that finally tells you what’s working.

One line of code on your website. No per-platform setup. Whether you use HubSpot, Salesforce, native WordPress forms, or no CRM at all, Lead Source captures every lead with full source attribution.

One snippet. Every form on your site.

The Lead Source script goes once in the <head> of your website. Five minutes total. From that moment on, every form on every page is automatically tracked.

No per-form config. No per-platform setup. No integration project. We work alongside your existing CRM, form tool, website builder. Or no CRM at all.

Everything else we track

These do not have a page of their own yet. The rule is the same for all of them: the tracking sits on the page, not inside the form.

WordPress form plugins

Formidable Forms

The WordPress builder for forms that do more than collect: calculations, conditional pricing, and views that display submitted data back on the page. Common on quote calculators and applications where the logic matters more than the styling. Its forms render straight into your page like any other WordPress form, so Lead Source picks them up with no per-form setup, and every entry arrives with the source, the landing page and the full journey attached.

Elementor Forms

The form widget in Elementor Pro, on a large share of WordPress sites because the form is built in the same editor as the page around it. Elementor renders the form as part of the page, so tracking behaves exactly like any other WordPress form: one script on the site covers every Elementor form, including the ones inside popups and multi-step flows.

Divi Forms

The contact and opt-in modules in Elegant Themes’ Divi builder, one of the longest-running WordPress page builders. Divi renders the form into your page as part of the layout, so one script covers every Divi form on the site. Add a new module to a new page and it is tracked from the first submission, with no extra step.

Form builders

Most standalone builders offer two embed methods: inline, which renders the form into your own page, and iframe, which loads it from theirs. Inline embeds are tracked. Iframes are not, because a browser will not let a script on your page read inside a frame loaded from another domain. That is a browser rule rather than a limitation of any particular tool, and it applies to every tracking product, not just this one. If you are running an iframe, ask us and we will tell you straight.

Tally

A fast, free-first builder with a document-style editor, so building a form feels like writing a page. Popular for quick lead capture on small sites and side projects where a heavier tool is overkill. Use the inline embed and Lead Source captures each submission with the source that produced it, the landing page, and the pages read before the form.

Fillout

A newer builder with strong conditional logic, calculations and native integrations, often picked up where Typeform starts to feel expensive. Handles long multi-page forms without losing people halfway. Embedded inline, its submissions arrive named, with the real source rather than Direct.

Paperform

A builder that reads like a page rather than a form, with payments built in. Common for bookings, deposits and paid enquiries where the form is doing the selling as well as the collecting. Inline embeds are tracked, so a paid booking carries the marketing that produced it.

Cognito Forms

Known for calculations, conditional logic and generous free limits, which is why it turns up on quote forms, applications and registrations. Handles repeating sections and file uploads well. Inline embeds are tracked, so a quote request arrives with the channel behind it.

Formstack

An enterprise form platform with approvals, routing, workflows and compliance controls, common in healthcare, finance and government. The kind of setup where a form is one step in a longer process rather than the end of it. Inline embeds are tracked like any other form on the page.

Wufoo

One of the longest-running hosted form builders, now part of SurveyMonkey, and still in place on a lot of established sites that have never had a reason to move. Inline embeds are tracked, which is usually the fastest way to get source data onto an old form without rebuilding it.

Zoho Forms

The form builder in the Zoho suite, usually paired with Zoho CRM and the rest of the Zoho stack. This is the form product. For the CRM side, and how the source lands on a Zoho record, see Zoho CRM. Inline embeds on your own site are tracked.

Formsite

A long-established builder aimed at longer forms: order forms, applications, and secure data collection with result routing. Inline embeds are tracked, so even a fifteen-field application arrives with its source intact.

Site builders

Duda

A site platform used heavily by agencies running many client sites, with a strong white-label story. Its native forms render in the page, so one script per site covers every form on it. For an agency that means adding tracking to a client site is a single step at handover rather than a project.

Carrd

A one-page site builder popular for simple landing pages, link pages and small launches. Carrd’s built-in form renders in the page and is tracked like any other, so even a single-page site tells you which channel produced each enquiry.

Funnel and landing page tools

These platforms host the page as well as the form, so you are usually adding the script to a settings field rather than to a file. Wherever the script can go on the page, the forms on that page are tracked. Worth doing here more than anywhere: these pages almost always sit at the end of a paid click, and paid clicks are the spend you most need to judge.

Unbounce

A landing page builder aimed at paid traffic, with A/B testing and dynamic text replacement built in. Because you are usually sending paid clicks straight at these pages, source data matters more here than almost anywhere else. Add the script to the page and its forms are tracked like any other.

Instapage

A landing page platform for ad campaigns, with per-campaign personalisation and post-click experiences. Same rule as Unbounce: script on the page, forms tracked, and each submission carries the campaign and landing page it came from.

Leadpages

Landing pages, lead magnets and pop-ups for small business, often the first landing page tool an owner-operator buys. Its forms and pop-ups are tracked once the script is on the page, so a lead magnet download carries its source the same as a contact form does.

ClickFunnels

A funnel builder that hosts the whole sequence, opt-in through to checkout. Track the opt-in forms the same way as any other page and each one arrives with the source that produced it, which is the number that tells you whether the traffic feeding the funnel is worth what you are paying for it.

GoHighLevel

An all-in-one platform used mostly by agencies, covering funnels, forms, pipelines and CRM in one place. Forms on pages GoHighLevel hosts are tracked once the script is in, which is useful when the built-in reporting shows you volume but not which marketing produced it.

Kajabi

Course and membership hosting with landing pages and opt-ins attached. Its forms are tracked once the script is on the page, so a free lesson signup carries the same source data as any other lead.

Where leads land

These are destinations rather than form sources. Lead Source fires the moment a lead is captured and Zapier delivers it into any of them, with the name, the contact details and the real source travelling together rather than the source being dropped on the way.

ActiveCampaign

Email marketing and automation for small business, with strong automation branching. New leads arrive as contacts with the source attached, so you can branch a sequence on where someone came from rather than treating every signup the same.

Mailchimp

Email marketing and audiences, still the default for a lot of small businesses. Leads land as new subscribers tagged with the source that produced them, which makes it possible to see which channel builds a list that actually opens.

Airtable

A flexible database a lot of small teams use instead of a CRM. Each lead becomes a row with its source included, so you can build whatever view you want: by channel, by landing page, by month.

Slack

A message in the channel the moment a lead arrives, with the source in the message rather than a bare notification. Useful for speed to lead, since whoever picks it up already knows whether it came from a paid click or a referral before they dial.

Google Sheets

The simplest destination there is, and often the right one. Each lead appends a row with its source, ready to sort, filter or pivot. No CRM required, and nobody to train.

AgencyZoom

An agency management platform built for insurance, covering pipelines, tasks and producer reporting. Leads arrive with the source attached, so you can see which marketing produced each quote request rather than filing them all under Web.

Every channel, one source of truth

However a lead arrives, you see the real source.

Ads, organic, social, or direct. Lead Source attributes every form lead back to the channel that produced it, across all your connected tools.

Don’t see your tool? It probably still works.

Lead Source works at the website level, not the form-tool level. If your form lives on a website you can add a <script> tag to, we can track it. That covers almost every form on the internet.
