Each Jetpack response, explained
The campaign and the page journey sit on the lead, right beside the answers.
The Jetpack block, left as built
Nothing to add in the editor. The code on the page carries the tracking.
Jetpack Forms responses, ranked by source
Read them in WordPress as usual. Rank them by the channel that sent them.
Jetpack tracked from the header
Three steps in WPCode. Every Jetpack form on every page is in.
Each Jetpack response, explained
Jetpack supplies every field the visitor filled in, plus the form they used and the page it sat on. Lead Source supplies the reason they turned up. Source and channel, the campaign and every UTM value, click IDs, landing page and referrer, then the first and last visit with each page viewed before submitting.
- Channel and campaign named on every response.
- The landing page, plus the referrer that sent them.
- Each page read on the way to the block.

The Jetpack block, left as built
Jetpack Forms is a block you place in the WordPress editor, right alongside the rest of the page. It has a Hidden Field type, and each one waits for a value somebody feeds it, form by form. Lead Source reads the visit from the page instead. Drop the block in and move on.
- No hidden field to fill.
- No per-form snippet to keep alive.
- Edit the block freely and tracking carries on.
Jetpack leads, opener and closer named
Every response carries the visit that introduced that person and the visit they submitted on. The newsletter that started it and the search that sealed it both get their line in the report.
Jetpack Forms responses, ranked by source
Jetpack stores each response on your own site and emails you a copy. Since Jetpack 14.8 you read them under Jetpack > Forms. Keep reading them there. Lead Source holds the marketing side of every response and sorts the lot by channel and campaign, so you can see which half of the marketing pays for itself.
- Responses stay in WordPress and your inbox.
- Jetpack’s own stats keep counting on their own.
- Channels ranked by the responses they produced.

Jetpack tracked from the header
- Install the free WPCode plugin from the WordPress plugin directory.
- Open Code Snippets, then Header and Footer, paste the Lead Source tracking code into the Header section and save.
- Clear your page cache, so cached Jetpack pages load with the code.
Nothing in the editor changes. The block and your Jetpack plan stay as they are. The rest of your forms are on WordPress lead tracking.

How do I see what sent a Jetpack Forms response?
Open the lead in Lead Source. After the tracking code goes in through WPCode and the cache is cleared, every response reaches Lead Source named by channel and campaign, with its click IDs and the pages that came first.
Which Jetpack responses carry less attribution?
Two kinds. Responses sent from a page that was still cached before you cleared it, and responses from someone Lead Source never saw before they submitted. For those, attribution is limited or unknown.
Jetpack Forms questions, answered.
Do I need a paid Jetpack plan?
Not for this. The tracking code sits on the page and works whatever Jetpack plan you run.
Does it change my form block?
No. Nothing in the editor changes.
Will it conflict with Jetpack's own stats?
No. Lead Source records separately and does not touch Jetpack's data.
Credit every Jetpack response. Free to start.
The block stays as you built it. Each response arrives with its campaign and page journey.
