Show clients the revenue you actually produced.
Clients judge you on what they can see, and most of your work is invisible to them. Lead Source puts your channels against every lead you generated, in their own dashboard.
If your work holds up, a scoreboard is the best thing that can happen to your retainer.
Every account manager has said one of these.
“The client thinks those leads would have come anyway.”
Every enquiry names the channel that produced it. Yours included.
“The retainer is up for review and I have rankings, not revenue.”
Customers won per channel, in the client's own dashboard.
“I am carrying the blame for a channel I do not even run.”
Each channel reports separately. The blame lands where it belongs.
“They churned and never told me why.”
The value is visible every month, not just in the quarterly deck.
Every enquiry on their site, including the ones nobody mentioned.
- The form on the page a previous agency built and nobody has looked at since.
- Our forms produce 3x the ROI of a standard form, measured across our own accounts. More conversions from traffic you already won them.
- No per-form setup and no access to their form tool required. How form tracking works.
- One install covers the whole site.
Your channels, named, in their dashboard.
- Your work attributed rather than assumed.
- The client sees it without you presenting it, so the value is visible between meetings.
- Separate accounts per client, with access set per person.
- Enquiries rather than sessions, so the numbers hold up when the client's accountant looks at them.
Fix the half of the funnel you get blamed for.
- A client who sits on leads for a day destroys the conversion rate you are judged on.
- Replies go out automatically, in seconds, with context.
- Your campaigns look like what they are, rather than like slow follow-up.
- More of the leads you generate turn into work the client can count.

Every channel your clients pay for.
Whether they call, chat or fill in a form, the enquiry arrives with the marketing that produced it.
Invisible work does not get renewed. Show them.
Show the client before the renewal conversation.
One line of code. Any client stack.
One script in the head of their site. No access to their CRM needed, no form rebuilds, no migration.
That one line is all lead source tracking needs.
<!-- in your <head> --> <script src="https://app.leadsource.co/ft.js" data-site="your-site-id"></script>
Four reasons it survives the renewal.

Agency questions, answered.
Can I manage multiple clients from one login?
Yes. Each client site is its own account with its own data, and you see them all from one place.
Who owns the account if we part ways?
Whoever set it up and pays for it. Agree that at the start, because both arrangements are common.
Does the client see everything I see?
Access is set per person. Most agencies give the client full visibility deliberately, because that is the point.
Does it replace their Google Analytics?
No, it sits alongside it. Analytics counts sessions. Lead Source names the enquiry and the channel behind it. Side by side: Lead Source vs Google Analytics.
What does the install actually look like?
One <script> tag in the <head> of the client's site. About five minutes the first time and two once you have done a few. Their developer or their website builder support can add it, or you can do it on the call.
Which form builders does it work with?
All of them. Tracking runs on the page rather than inside the form, so whatever each client was sold years ago is fine: Gravity Forms or WPForms on WordPress, a hosted Typeform or Jotform, native Webflow and Squarespace forms, or a GoHighLevel funnel. The form tracking page carries the full list.
Where does the data go?
Into the client's CRM, an email notification, the Lead Source dashboard, or any tool you connect through Zapier. A client with no CRM can run on the dashboard alone.
Does Lead Source send the reply for me?
Yes. When a form is submitted, the first reply goes from the client's own inbox, written around the source and pages that led there, so it reads as theirs. It carries on over email and SMS until the lead books, and the client or you can step in at any point.
