The quote form, the contact form, the one on the footer. Each submission names its campaign.
Elementor popups count too
A popup form reports like the main enquiry form. Same source, same journey.
Every Elementor lead, kept
Collect Submissions on, off or removed from one form. The lead lands in Lead Source regardless.
Elementor live in three steps
A snippet in your header and a cache clear. Your forms stay exactly as designed.

The Elementor form widget is quick to build and looks right, which is why it so often runs the main enquiry form. Lead Source puts the source, the campaign and the landing page on every submission it sends. Now the pretty form reports to marketing.
- Source, channel and campaign on every submission.
- Full UTM set, click IDs and referrer included.
- Which form and which page it sat on.

Elementor popups count too
An Elementor popup is a form on a page the tracking code already runs on. So it reports like the contact page. The popup that quietly outsells your hero gets its name in lights.
- Popups and page-builder forms in any template.
- The page the popup opened on, recorded.
- Every page read before the form appeared.
Every Elementor page gets its credit
Elementor built the landing page as well as the form, so the page deserves a share of the applause. Each lead names the page it landed on, the pages read after it and the page the form sat on. Your best layout stops being a rumour.
Every Elementor lead, kept
Collect Submissions is on by default for new Elementor forms. It can be removed from a single form or switched off for the whole site, and Elementor then keeps no record of that submission. Lead Source records the lead either way. A missed setting never costs you the enquiry.
- On, off or removed per form: the lead still lands.
- Elementor, then Submissions, shows what Elementor kept.
- Leave the action on as well, for Elementor’s own copy.

Elementor live in three steps
- Install the free WPCode plugin from the WordPress plugin directory.
- Open Code Snippets, then Header and Footer, paste the Lead Source tracking code into the Header section and save.
- Clear your page cache. Elementor sites are usually heavily cached, so this step earns its place here.
If your theme or builder caches hard, regenerate Elementor’s CSS as well. The same snippet covers every form on the site, as the WordPress lead tracking guide sets out.
How do I see which campaign sent an Elementor form?
Paste the Lead Source tracking code into your WordPress header and clear the cache. Every Elementor Pro form submission then arrives as a lead with its source, campaign, click IDs, landing page and the pages read first. Forms are an Elementor Pro feature. On free Elementor, the same code covers whichever form plugin you run.
When does an Elementor lead arrive without a campaign?
When Lead Source never saw the visit before the submission. A cached page from before the install will not run the tracking code, so clear the cache once it is in. Every submission after that carries its source.
Elementor questions, answered.
Does it work with free Elementor?
The tracking code works on any WordPress site. The Elementor form widget itself is Pro only, so on free Elementor you will be using another form plugin, and that is covered too.
Does it work with Elementor popups?
Yes. A popup form is still a form on a page the tracking code is already on.
Do I need Collect Submissions turned on?
Not for Lead Source. Leave it on anyway, so Elementor keeps its own copy.
Back the campaign behind every Elementor form.
Each submission lands with its source, campaign and the pages that led to it. Free to start.
