Credit every booking
Each meeting arrives named with the campaign that booked it. Your calendar finally reports to marketing.
Your UTMs stay yours
The campaign values you tagged land untouched. The attribution sits beside them, on the lead.
Both ends of the journey
The campaign that introduced them and the one that closed the booking, on one record.
Live in two steps
One snippet on your site, one connection in your dashboard. Your booking links stay as they are.
Credit every booking
Every booking lands with the ad, search or email that sent it, plus the campaign and the pages that person read before they picked a time. Eleven calls booked means eleven answers. The next budget goes to the campaign that filled the calendar.
- Source, channel and campaign on every booking.
- Click IDs, landing page and referrer included.
- Organic, direct and referral visits named as well as the ones you tagged.

Your UTMs stay yours
Calendly records the five standard UTM parameters. That is the whole list. Lead Source leaves those fields exactly as your campaign set them and puts the full attribution on the lead record beside them, so every report that reads your UTMs still reads the values you chose.
- Tagged campaign values arrive untouched.
- Click IDs and custom parameters captured on your site.
- The page journey Calendly never sees, recorded too.
Every channel, named
Organic search, direct visits and referrals carry no UTMs, and they are often the people who took longest to decide. Lead Source names them anyway. An untagged visit from Google arrives as organic search, with the page it landed on.
Both ends of the journey
Meetings are rarely booked on the first visit. Somebody finds you through a search, comes back through an ad a week later, reads two more pages and books. Lead Source keeps the campaign that introduced them and the one in play when they picked a time, side by side.

Booked on your site or on Calendly’s
Embed the scheduler on your own page or send people to your Calendly page. Either way the booking comes back credited. Lead Source identifies the visitor on your website before they click through, so a booking made on Calendly’s domain still matches the visit, the campaign and the pages that led to it.
- Inline embeds and popups on your own pages.
- Your hosted Calendly page, reached from your site.
- One booking, one lead, campaign attached.
Live in two steps
- Install the Lead Source tracking code on your website. One snippet, whole site. It records source, campaign, click IDs, landing page, referrer and every page viewed.
- Connect Calendly in your dashboard. From then on, bookings reach Lead Source matched to the visitor who made them.
Your booking links stay as they are. Nothing to append, nothing to map.

How do I see which campaign booked a Calendly meeting?
Install the Lead Source tracking code on your website and connect Calendly in your dashboard. Each booking then arrives as a lead with its source, campaign, click IDs, landing page and the pages read first, matched to the visitor who booked.
What about a booking link sent by email?
The booking still arrives with every detail Calendly collected. If that person never visited your website first, there is no visit to match, so the attribution comes back thin. Everything that passes through your website is covered.
Calendly questions, answered.
Does this replace Calendly's UTM tracking?
No, and it does not interfere with it either. Keep your UTM tagging. Lead Source records the attribution separately on the lead record, so your Calendly UTM fields stay exactly as your campaign set them.
Will it work if someone books on my Calendly page rather than an embed?
Yes. The visitor is identified on your website before they click through, so the booking still matches back even though the booking page is on Calendly's domain.
What about bookings from organic or direct traffic?
You get the channel, the referrer and the landing page. An untagged visit from a Google search shows as organic search with the page they arrived on, not as unknown.
