What is Speed to Lead?
It’s the instant first reply that goes out the moment someone submits a form on your site, so your response lands in seconds instead of hours, while they’re still on your site. It is available on the paid plans, Starter and Growth.
What’s the difference between the responders?
Starter sends the reply you write, instantly, and adds AI routing that writes the first reply and points each lead to the right next step. Growth adds AI responses that answer follow-up questions and keep leads warm until you take over. Free has no responder.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop back to the Free plan and keep your account and your data. Nothing is deleted and nothing keeps billing.
What counts as a “lead”?
A lead is one form submission on a tracked form on your website. If the same person submits two different forms, that’s two leads. If the same person submits the same form twice in a short window, that’s counted once.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start free with no card. If you upgrade later, paid plans carry a 90-day refund.
Is there a limit on leads?
No. Every plan tracks every lead your forms produce. Plan tiers differ by sites, users, and responders, not by lead caps.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no “are you sure?” popups. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Does it work with my CRM / website builder / form tool?

Yes. Lead emails and phone numbers are scrambled before we save them, we can’t read them, and we never share them with anyone. You can access them anytime through your dashboard. We’re GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime, both directions. Upgrade and you’re billed pro-rated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrade and your new tier kicks in next cycle. No contracts, no commitments.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
