We built three free tools because the same three questions kept coming up, and each one has a boring correct answer that nobody wants to do by hand. None of them ask for an email address. All three run in your browser.

The UTM builder, for tagging links properly

A UTM builder adds utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign to the end of a URL so your analytics can tell one campaign from another. Doing it by hand works right up until someone types Google instead of google, at which point your report has two sources that are the same source.

The builder assembles the link as you type, keeps the casing consistent, and shows you the finished URL to paste into the ad, the email button or the social post. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

Open the UTM builder, or read the naming convention first if you want the values to still make sense in six months.

The cost per lead calculator, for costing a channel

Cost per lead is spend divided by leads. The arithmetic is trivial; the useful part is doing it per channel and then looking at the spread, because the channel with the lowest cost per lead is frequently not the channel with the lowest cost per customer.

Put your spend and lead count in per channel and the calculator ranks them. Then, and this is the whole point, compare that ranking against which channels actually closed. Those two lists disagreeing is the most common reason a budget is in the wrong place.

Open the cost per lead calculator.

The speed to lead builder, for the first reply

Replying first wins a disproportionate share of enquiries, and most teams lose on this not because they are slow by choice but because nobody wrote the first reply in advance. So it gets written from scratch, badly, at 4pm.

The builder walks you through drafting that reply once, so it is sitting there ready. It covers what to say, what to leave out, and what to ask for so the next step is booked rather than hoped for.

Open the speed to lead builder, or start with what speed to lead actually means.

Which one to start with

If your reports name channels you do not recognise, start with the UTM builder, because the tagging is upstream of everything else. If the tagging is already clean and you are trying to decide where next quarter's budget goes, start with the calculator. If leads are arriving and going cold, the reply is the bottleneck and neither of the other two will help.

All three stop at the same wall, which is worth saying plainly. They tell you what you tagged, what you spent, and what you said. None of them can tell you which of those clicks turned into a paying customer, because that happens after the form and the tools only see up to it. That part is what lead source tracking is for.
