What happens if I stop paying?

You drop back to the Free plan and keep your account and your data. Nothing is deleted and nothing keeps billing.

Is there a limit on leads?

No. Every plan tracks every lead your forms produce. Plan tiers differ by sites, users, and responders, not by lead caps.

Does it work with my CRM / website builder / form tool?

Yes. On the CRM side that means Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Close and Keap, or no CRM at all. On the form side, Jotform, Typeform, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, the native forms in WordPress, Webflow and Squarespace, and nearly any custom form. All of it runs off one snippet on your site. Is my lead data secure?
