Two of those catch people out. The 500-submission storage cap is a lifetime total, so you can hit it without ever exceeding 100 in a month, and when you exceed a cap, Jotform disables every form in the account, not just the one that filled up.

Where Jotform genuinely wins
Jotform’s template library runs to tens of thousands, and its widget catalogue, PDF tooling, approval flows and HIPAA options on higher tiers are unmatched by the free alternatives. If you need a form for an unusual use case and you need it in ten minutes, Jotform will have a template for it and Tally will not. The breadth is real and it is the reason to stay.
