See what’s actually working
Every lead turns up with the channel that sent it. No more guessing, no more “Web”.
Feed the winners
Put the money where the customers came from, instead of sprinkling it about and hoping.
Data you can read on a Monday
Sources, campaigns and pages, already sorted. No reporting project, no spreadsheet, no analyst.
Five minutes and you’re live
One line of code. Then go make a coffee, the leads will start naming themselves.
See what’s actually working
Cut the channel that produced no customers. Every platform reports its own success, so the reports disagree and nothing gets cut.
Every lead names its channel: Google and Bing search, paid and organic, Google Business Profile, ChatGPT and the other AI assistants, LinkedIn and Facebook, WhatsApp, referring sites, direct visits, and tagged email, social and QR codes. Two have pages of their own: AI lead tracking and WhatsApp lead tracking, with WhatsApp landing pages.
Feed the winners
The channels with buyers on their leads earn a bigger share of the budget. Move it in steps, watch the lead list for a month, then move it again. Nobody has to approve a bigger budget for any of this.
Cut the waste
Some channels send leads who never buy, and some send nobody at all. Cut those first, and the money they were eating goes to the channels that sell.

First touch, last touch: you see both.
First touch shows what introduced the lead. Last touch shows what brought them back to the form, and the two often disagree.

How it works. Questions, answered.
What does the install actually look like?
One <script> tag in the <head> of your website. Five minutes if you have never done it before, two if you have. Your developer can do it, your website builder support team can do it, and most of our customers do it themselves.
Do I need to add anything to each form?
No. Once the snippet is on your site, every form on every page is automatically tracked. We attach source, campaign, page journey, and full form data without any per-form configuration.
What if someone blocks cookies or refuses consent?
Nothing breaks. The source is captured server-side at the moment of submission, not from cookies, so it survives ad-blockers, consent banners, and UTM stripping. What you see is what actually came in.
Does it need a specific CRM?
No. Leads reach HubSpot, Salesforce or whatever CRM you run through the Lead Source Zapier app, a signed webhook or a CSV export, named and with the source on the record. With no CRM at all, they sit named in the Lead Source dashboard.
How do you identify the person?
From the form itself. When a visitor fills out one of your forms, we capture what they entered (name, email, phone, role, company, whatever you ask for) and pair it with the source, campaign, and page data we have been tracking the whole time.
Isn't this just UTM tagging I could set up myself?
You can get part of the way there with hidden form fields and disciplined UTM tagging, and plenty of owners try. Three problems. UTMs vanish when ad-blockers fire, consent is refused, or a link gets copied and shared. They say nothing about the pages that did the selling, and someone has to build and maintain the whole rig on every form, forever. Lead Source captures the source server-side at the moment of submission, attaches the full page journey, and names the person. Nothing to set up per form, nothing to maintain.
Does this replace Google Analytics?
No, and you should keep using Google Analytics. They do different jobs. GA shows you traffic patterns at a population level; Lead Source shows you who individual converting visitors are and which sources paid for them.
Is the data secure?
Yes. Lead emails and phone numbers are encrypted at rest and in transit, with access tightly controlled. Source and campaign data is stored separately. Aligned with GDPR, UK GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Principles. Privacy details.
