Sign-in sheet templates

The construction site sheet carries induction status and a supervisor sign-off, laid out so it still works as an evacuation roll call.

At an office front desk you want the host and a pass number, and induction never comes up. The safety sheet records what the toolbox talk covered as well as who stood through it. The contractor sheet puts the pre-start compliance checks on the same page, and the visitor log runs across several days for premises where a daily sheet would sit mostly empty.

For an ordinary meeting or class, the plain sign-in sheet is all you need. Every sheet can be filled in on screen and downloaded, or printed blank.
